Confidentiality

All tarot readings, spell work creations, astrology reports, and other services provided by Ethereal Witchery are completely confidential and will never be shared without your explicit permission.

I, Molly of Ethereal Witchery, provide all services with integrity, compassion, and a desire to empower and support. I honor and respect all clients regardless of age, gender, race, background, spiritual beliefs, sexual orientation, or economic status.

Disclaimers

All readings, custom spell work, and other services are for entertainment purposes only, in compliance with legal guidelines. However, at Ethereal Witchery, I view tarot and witchcraft as powerful tools for clarity, healing, and personal growth, not just for entertainment or prediction.

Ethereal Witchery’s services do not include:

  • Solving crimes or legal matters

  • Picking lottery numbers or gambling outcomes

  • Locating lost persons or items

  • Predicting death, pregnancy, or specific medical diagnoses

  • Predicting exact dates of future events (e.g., "When will I get married?")

  • Reading about those under 18 unless you are their parent or legal guardian

  • Diagnosing or treating any illness or mental health condition

  • Removing curses or diagnosing "demonic possession"

I reserve the right to decline any service request that goes against my personal ethics or the best interest of the client.

You acknowledge that all services are not a replacement for licensed medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice.

Any insights offered are based on the current energies, and your free will always plays a role in the outcome.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is a priority. I will never share your personal information with third parties unless required by law or you provide explicit consent. You may choose not to share certain personal details, but this may limit the quality or accuracy of your service.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Tarot Readings, Astrology Reports & Custom Spell Work Creation

  • If, for any reason (illness or personal), I am not available or able to complete your service, you will receive a full refund. You will then need to re-book through my website: etherealwitchery.com

    Refunds will only be considered if the service has not yet been performed and both parties agree to the cancellation. Please note that I typically begin working on your service within 8–9 hours of receiving your request on weekdays.

    If you wish to cancel your booking, please email me as soon as possible, and no later than 12 hours after placing your order.

    Once the service has been started or completed, no refunds will be issued, regardless of satisfaction with the results. I perform all services with care, honesty, and supportive intentions, but I cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

    I am not responsible for any emotional or mental responses you may have to your services. By booking a service, you acknowledge and accept this policy. No exceptions will be made.

Delivery Timeline

  • Tarot Readings: Delivered via email within 24–48 hours, depending on demand.

  • Astrology Reports: Delivered via email within 3–5 business days.

  • Custom Spell Creations: Delivered (in written form with instructions) within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise agreed.

    If a delay is anticipated, I will notify you promptly.

Custom Spell Creations

Custom spellwork is a spiritual support service designed to align with your intentions and energy. I do not perform the spell for you—instead, I create a custom spell you will carry out yourself.

There are two options:

  • Guided Spell Creation: Includes an intuitive tarot reading to identify your needs, followed by a personalized spell with instructions, materials list, and affirmations, and extra spell guidance.

  • Requested Spell Creation: If you already know what you're seeking, you’ll fill out a form, and I’ll craft your spell accordingly.

You’ll receive a PDF with:

  • Detailed spell instructions

  • List of tools/materials

  • Affirmations and spell-crafting tips

Your mindset, follow-through, and energy are crucial to the spell’s effectiveness. These services are not substitutes for legal, medical, or psychological help.

Astrology Reports

Astrology reports are created using the birth information you provide. Please make sure your birth time, location, and date are accurate.

Depending on the service purchased, your report may include:

  • Personality overviews

  • Current transits

  • Forecast themes or energy cycles

  • Compatibility highlights

These are tools for reflection and empowerment, not predictive guarantees.

Product and Service Accuracy

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. I strive for accuracy in descriptions and pricing, but I reserve the right to correct errors or cancel orders placed with incorrect listings.

General Conditions

I reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue any part of this website or my offerings

  • Update these Terms and Conditions at any time

Your continued use of my website and services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Waiver

My failure to enforce any provision of these Terms at any time does not waive my right to enforce it later. Any waiver must be in writing and signed.
